TORNADOSP server down (STATUS FIXED)

HELLO 
We have troubleshoot our server after going down and dowing necessary action as below,

ISSUE FOUNDED: one hard disk fault
ACTION TAKEN: Faulty hard disk changed
TIME: 1 H
========================================

That may cause Clines stop or dis-function.
